Offering Notices

Offering Notices contain the terms and details of the individual bonds issued by the FHLBanks. The documents are always created in electronic form (as a pdf) and posted to the Office of Finance web site. An Offering Notice can be thought of as a prospectus in that we require its delivery to investors. Offering Notices are available on all outstanding FHLBank consolidated obligations, but not prior to settlement date.

Please keep in mind that Offering Notices are not available for bonds that have been closed. If you are unable to find a particular offering notice or you are unable to view the file, please email: info@fhlb-of.com or call 703-467-3600 and we will provide a copy.

Data obtained using the Bond Detail search is updated through the previous Friday.
