Jonathan West
Interim President and Chief Executive Officer, FHLBank of New York
Jonathan West has served as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of the FHLBank of New York since October 20, 2026. He joined the FHLBank of New York in May 2015 as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer and served as Chief of Staff/Senior Advisor since February 2026. Previously, Mr. West served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer - Business Operations of the FHLBank of Indianapolis. He possesses more than 40 years of experience within the FHLBank System. Mr. West holds an M.B.A from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business, a Doctor of Law (J.D.), Business, Tax & Employment Law from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, and a B.A. from Indiana University Bloomington.
