Wil W. Osborn
President and Chief Executive Officer, FHLBank of Des Moines
Wil W. Osborn has been President and Chief Executive Officer of the FHLBank of Des Moines since October 2026. Mr. Osborn began his association with the FHLBank System in 2006. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Business Officer of the FHLBank of Des Moines, a position he held from 2020 to 2026. Before that, he held several leadership roles at the FHLBank of Topeka over a 15-year tenure, including a decade as its Chief Financial Officer. Before joining the FHLBank System, Mr. Osborn served as Vice President, Director of Profitability and Performance Measurement for Bank of the West. He is a CFA® charterholder and has a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Westminster University.
