Ed Bridge
Chief Capital Markets Officer
Ed Bridge has served as Chief Capital Markets Officer at the Federal Home Loan Banks Office of Finance since October 2026. He is responsible for managing funding strategy, debt issuance practices, debt servicing, market research, and dealer and investor relationships, supporting the funding needs of the Federal Home Loan Banks both individually and collectively. Mr. Bridge has served at the Office of Finance since 1996, including most recently as Director of Funding beginning in July 2016 and previously as Senior Manager, Term Funding for 12 years. Prior to joining the Office of Finance, he worked at The Vanguard Group. Mr. Bridge earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Shepherd University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder.
