Jeff Koch
Chief Accounting and Reporting Officer
Jeff Koch became Chief Accounting and Reporting Officer of the Federal Home Loan Banks Office of Finance in December 2024 and is responsible for all aspects of finance and accounting, including leading financial reporting, accounting policy, financial systems, accounting operations, and financial management functions. Prior to this role, Mr. Koch had been Controller, Director of Accounting & Reporting for the Office of Finance since 2010. Prior to joining the Office of Finance, Mr. Koch was Vice President and Corporate Controller at IXI Corporation, Controller at CapitalSource, and held multiple leadership positions in accounting, operational risk and compliance, and audit at Freddie Mac. Mr. Koch earned a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University. Mr. Koch is a Certified Public Accountant and is a CFA® Charterholder.
