Xiaodong Yi

Xiaodong Yi serves as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer at the Federal Home Loan Banks Office of Finance. He also served as acting Chief Human Resources Officer for part of 2026. Before joining the Office of Finance in 2017, Mr. Yi was in private practice with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Yi received his J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 2001 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
