Offering Notices or Pricing Supplements, as applicable, contain the terms and details of the individual bonds issued by the FHLBanks. The documents are created in electronic form (as a pdf) and posted to the Office of Finance website.
Offering Notices and Pricing Supplements are available after the settlement date for all outstanding FHLBank consolidated obligations. They are not available for bonds that have matured or been redeemed in full.
