An employee or applicant should report any discrimination and/or retaliation prohibited by this policy statement to the individual's supervisor, any management team member or Human Resources.

Any good-faith report of discriminatory and/or retaliatory conduct will be investigated in a thorough and objective manner. If a report of discrimination or retaliation is substantiated, appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, will be taken.
